It's GONE!!!Views: 707

I have posted in a while for my mom things have been real busy. I want to post the good news we got yesterday form the doctor. Mom had a full CT scan with contrast on Monday and after 4 chemo treatments and 2 radiations she is completly free of cancer. She has 2 more treatments left and preventative brain radiation left and hopefully that will be it for good. Obviously there is a chance for it to come back but for right now she is doing and feeling well and the cancer is gone. As you can imagine the last few months have been hell but to still have my mother on this earth to smile and laugh with is priceless!

Absolutely terrific! What wonderful news. Tell your Mom how happy I am for her, for you and your family. 2008 looks to be a good year.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOray! Fists up…..never give up! What great news early in 08! joAnna

Your story gives me some hope. I am very happy to hear that your mom had such a good outcome! My own mother has just been diagnosed with stage IV non-small cell lung ca. You mentioned in an earlier post that your mom was on an alternative immuno treatment (in addition to the conventional treatment). Do you think that made a difference? Can you tell me what the name of the treatment was?
Thanks

I know that without the alternative treatment my mother would not be here today. send me your email and I would love to communicate further.
